Refund policy


We want them to be happy and satisfied with their GNL shoes. If something doesn't fit, you can return it after receiving a delivery without giving a reason within 30 days of the original invoice date. You can simply return the shoes and get a refund of the amount paid, or you can exchange the shoes.


To request the return procedure from SWISSGESUNDHEITSSCHUH, you must send SWISSGESUNDHEITSSCHUH an email to, provide the delivery note number and indicate that you will be returning the product and whether you want an exchange or a refund of your paid amount. After receiving our confirmation of your return, send the product to:

The product must be returned to SWISSGESUNDHEITSSCHUH in its original condition, i.e. undamaged, clean and in the original packaging.
SWISSGESUNDHEITSSCHUH does not offer a free pick-up service. The customer bears the costs of the return transport.

If the customer has informed SWISSGESUNDHEITSSCHUH that he intends to withdraw from the contract, all amounts owed to SWISSGESUNDHEITSSCHUH will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the ordered goods at our warehouse (shipping costs and import taxes will not be refunded).


Gift certificates and new soles are non-refundable.
